Early Intervention Services
Early Intervention thrives on the natural learning that happens in a child’s first few years, integrating coaching supports and services seamlessly into daily family routines. Recognizing that children learn best within their familiar environments, services are provided within the home, community, and other early childhood education programs, such as child care centers or nursery schools. These supports and services enhance a family’s capacity to meet the developmental needs of the infant or toddler. Together with families, we focus on helping children grow and thrive through individualized support, culturally responsive care, and education that empowers caregivers.
Nurturing Growth from the Start: Early Intervention Infant/Toddler Program
At Community Connections of Clearfield/Jefferson Counties (CCC-J), we understand that every child develops uniquely. Our Early Intervention (EI) Program is dedicated to supporting children from birth to three years of age who have special needs due to developmental delays or disabilities. We offer a collection of services and supports designed to empower families and caregivers as their child's first teacher.
